These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Codemagos Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Codemagos Studio is a web application that lets you select templates, enter or upload content, preview and export social posts, save posts to your library, and optionally connect social accounts to schedule and publish content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features, including downloads or publishing, may require an active subscription. Fees, plan limits, and billing periods are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, render, store, and publish that content as needed to provide the Service you request.
You represent that you have the rights to use any text, images, logos, or other materials you submit.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

5. Social platform connections

If you connect third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn), you authorize Codemagos Studio to access and use those accounts only as needed to show connection status and to publish content you explicitly save or schedule. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform outages, API changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.
Use the Service to spam, mislead, or violate applicable laws.
Automate account creation or publishing in a way that harms the Service or third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual property

The Codemagos Studio name, software, templates, and interface are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute Service materials without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect export fidelity across all devices, or successful publishing on third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codemagos Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
